2. Use License

- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Institutional Return Policy and Refund Terms
At our training center, we are fully committed to providing technical, legal, and procedural education of the highest quality. In order to ensure absolute transparency across all administrative processes for our entire academic portfolio, the following refund policies are hereby established:
- 1. Instant Digital Access Programs (Practical Workshops): Due to the nature of our Workshops (which are 100% pre-recorded and asynchronous, granting immediate access to templates, guides, and form-filling instructional materials from the moment of purchase), no returns or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
- 2. Hybrid and Short-Term Programs (Specialized Bootcamps): For our Bootcamps (mixed formats featuring synchronous live sessions via Zoom combined with recorded support materials), students may request a registration refund only up to 48 hours prior to the start of the first live session. Once classes have commenced or virtual classroom access has been granted, the amount becomes completely non-refundable.
- 3. Academic Programs and Advanced Specialization Careers (Immigration Case Preparer/Assistant Course, Diplomas, and Magisterium): Due to strict instructional planning, limited seat capacity, and progressive access to our virtual campus, cancellation requests for these higher education paths will be governed by the following rules:
- Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the formal start of the course or cohort will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid (minus applicable bank and processing fees).
- Requests made within 7 days leading up to the start date will receive an internal educational credit valid for one (1) year toward any other program within the school, retaining the initial registration deposit cost.
- Once classes for the Assistant Course, Diploma, or Magisterium have officially begun, or after any module materials have been accessed or consumed, no financial refunds or credits of any kind will be issued.
- 4. Financing and Payment Plan Commitment: Students enrolled in any academic level through fractional payment plans or internal financing structures assume a binding contractual commitment to settle the full amount of all established monthly installments within the designated deadlines, regardless of their attendance rate or voluntary withdrawal from the course.
By completing the registration process for any program on our platform, the student expressly declares that they know, understand, and fully accept these terms of service.
